1. Who we are

2. Privacy-first by design

GetSleepyFlow is designed to run almost entirely in your browser. Your sleep logs, wearable data, API keys, and chat history are stored in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Data we collect

  • Email and first name — only when you submit the lead form after the chronotype quiz, so we can send you your Sleep Blueprint. Stored securely on our backend (Supabase, EU region).
  • Local storage — chronotype results, sleep logs, Oura Personal Access Token, Gemini API key, AI Coach messages, premium status. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
  • Anonymous analytics — basic, aggregated page views via privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data).

4. Third-party services

  • Google Gemini API — When you use the AI Coach, your messages are sent directly from your browser to Google's API using either your own key or our managed key. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Oura Ring API — When you sync, your browser calls Oura's API directly with your token. Your token never reaches our servers.
  • Amazon Associates — Product links contain our affiliate tag. Clicking does not share personal data; Amazon may set its own cookies.
  • Stripe — Premium subscription payments (when activated) are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use only essential, technical cookies and local storage required to make the site work. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@perez-media.agency. You can also clear all local data instantly via your browser settings.

7. Data retention

Email addresses submitted via the lead form are retained until you request deletion. Local data persists until you clear your browser storage.
