1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetSleepyFlow (the "Service"), operated by Perez Media Agency ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GetSleepyFlow provides educational sleep content, a chronotype assessment, a sound mixer, a breathing exercise, optional wearable integrations, and an AI-powered sleep coaching chat. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device.

3. No medical advice

Content on the Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any sleep-related medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

4. Free and Premium plans

The Service offers a free plan with core features and a Premium subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) that unlocks wearable sync, the full AI Coach, advanced analytics, and premium soundscapes. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Refunds

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions. After that period, payments for completed billing cycles are non-refundable. Contact info@perez-media.agency for cancellations or refund requests.

6. User responsibilities

Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Keep your own API keys (Oura, Google Gemini) secure. We are not responsible for misuse of keys you enter into the Service.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Google, Oura, Stripe, Amazon). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services.

8. Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Product recommendations may contain affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, and code on the Service are owned by Perez Media Agency or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Brand names of wearables (Apple, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit) are trademarks of their respective owners and used here for compatibility reference only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent permitted by law.
