After signing up, take the 60-second chronotype quiz so the dashboard, wind-down plan and AI Coach adapt to your biology. Open the Dashboard from the top-right menu. Take the quiz from the Quiz link if you haven't already. Log your first night under Sleep Tracker — manually or by syncing your wearable. Check the AI Coach Daily Insight card at the top each morning. Tip: You can replay the welcome tour any time from the Dashboard header → 'Replay tour'.

Sleep Tracker

Log how you slept each night. Used to compute your circadian score, weekly trends and AI Coach recommendations. Pick the night you want to log (defaults to last night). Enter bedtime, wake time and quality (1–10). Add optional notes (caffeine, stress, late meal). Save — your analytics update instantly.

Visualizes your last 14–30 nights: duration, consistency, sleep debt and circadian score. Open the Analytics tab. Hover (or tap) any bar for that night's detail. Use the trend arrow to see whether you're improving week-over-week.

Question 4

AI Sleep Coach

Accepted Answer

Chat with a coach trained on sleep science, your chronotype and your recent logs. Premium = unlimited messages. Open the AI Coach tab (or /coach). Ask anything: 'Why am I waking at 3 AM?', 'Plan my wind-down for tonight.' Follow-ups remember previous context within the same chat. Tip: The Daily Insight card on top of your dashboard is the coach's morning brief.

Smart Wake Alarm

Wakes you in your lightest sleep stage inside a chosen window so you feel less groggy. Open Premium Tools → Smart Wake Alarm. Set target wake time and a window (e.g. 30 min earlier). Pick a gentle sound and (optionally) enable light fade. Allow notifications so the alarm can fire even with the tab in background. Save. The alarm is local to your device — keep the tab open overnight.

Dynamic Wind-Down Plan

A personalised checklist starting up to 2 hours before bed. Adapts to your chronotype. Set your target bedtime. Check items off as you do them — progress saves for the day. Add, remove or reorder steps to match your routine. Export the plan to your calendar (.ics) or print it.

4-7-8 Breathing Pacer

Guided box breathing with an optional theta binaural drone (130/137 Hz) to downshift your nervous system. Expand the Breathing widget. Press Play — inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s. Toggle the sound on/off with the speaker icon. Do 3–6 rounds before sleep or during a stress spike. Tip: Use headphones for the binaural effect to actually work.

Cognitive Shuffle (Audio)

Premium audio version of Dr Luc Beaudoin's Serial Diverse Imagining — random neutral nouns read out loud to bore your brain to sleep. Open Premium Tools → Audio Shuffler. Pick a voice and word interval (8s is a good start). Set the sleep timer so it stops on its own. Tap 'Screen off mode' and let the audio play.

Sound Library

Mix and loop sleep sounds: rain, brown noise, fireplace, ocean — layer up to 3 at once. Open the Sound Library card. Tap a sound to play, drag the volume slider to mix. Set the sleep timer so playback stops automatically.

Connect Oura / wearables

Accepted Answer

Sync nightly biometrics (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages) so the AI Coach can give bio-synced advice. Open Premium Tools → Connect Oura. Click 'Connect Oura Ring' and approve access. Your last night's data appears within seconds and refreshes daily.

Premium & billing

Accepted Answer

Premium unlocks Smart Wake, full Wind-Down editor, Sound Library, Audio Shuffler, wearable sync and unlimited AI Coach. Start a 7-day free trial from the 'Upgrade to Premium' button. Manage or cancel any time via 'Manage subscription' in the dashboard header. Billing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card.
