14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with GetSleepyFlow Premium within your first 14 days, contact support at info@perez-media.agency for a 100% refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@perez-media.agency from the address linked to your account.
2. Include the email or order ID associated with your subscription.
3. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for renewal charges processed before a cancellation request, or for accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
